Investors can temporarily pause copying a Strategy and then resume it later.
When copying is paused:
- New positions opened on the Strategy account won’t be copied to the Investment account.
- Existing copied positions will remain in the Investor’s account and will be closed when the Trader closes similar positions on their Strategy.
- Trader will continue to receive subscription fees according to the offer.
To pause copying a Strategy:
- Go to “Copy Trading” – “My Accounts.”
- Choose the Investment you want to pause.
- In the “Account details” > “Investments” section, toggle the “Pause Copy” switch. The Investment status will change to “Pause.”
To resume copying a Strategy, just toggle off the “Pause Copy” option. Your Investment status will change to “Active”. If there are open positions on the Strategy at the time of resuming copying, they will not be transferred to your Investment account.
