After subscribing to a Strategy, you can adjust the risk ratio and set a loss limit for your Investment. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the “Copy Trading” – “My Accounts” section.
  2. Select the Investment you want to adjust.
  3. In the “Investments” subsection, locate the “Status” column and click on the ellipsis (…) icon next to it.
  4. Choose “Edit values” from the dropdown menu.
  5. Modify the risk ratio and loss limit to your preference.
  6. Once you’ve made the desired changes, make sure to save them.

By default, the risk ratio is set to 1, and the loss limit is 0 USD.

Risk Ratio – allows you to adjust the level of risk associated with copying a Strategy. For instance, a risk ratio of 2 means copying with a return (and risk) twice as high as the selected Strategy.

Loss Limit – acts as a protective threshold for your Investment. It represents the portion of your Investment in USD that you can afford to lose. The Trader’s Strategy will be copied until the total loss incurred by the Investor (for both open and closed positions, as well as commission fees paid to the Trader) reaches the Loss Limit level. At this point, all of the Investor’s transactions will be automatically closed at market prices, and the Investment will be unsubscribed from the Strategy. The Investor can reactivate the unsubscribed Investment by first resetting the Loss Limit value. Alternatively, they can choose to start copying another Strategy.

The Loss Limit serves as a signal to stop investing. It’s important to note that the actual loss on the investment account may differ from the amount specified in the loss limit parameter, as it depends on the prices at which positions in the investment account were closed.
