How to Test an Expert Advisor?

To test an Expert Advisor (EA), follow these steps:

1. Locate the EA in the “Navigator” window, right-click on it, and select “Attach to a chart.”
2. Right-click on the EA again in the “Navigator” and select “Test.” This will open the Strategy Tester window.
3. Set the necessary parameters within the Strategy Tester.
4. Click the “Start” button to begin the testing process.

Alternatively, you can access the Strategy Tester by going to the “View” tab and selecting “Strategy Tester.”
